HF-125 Rotary Cutters are designed to work with a wide range of materials (from light to heavy). They can cut thin layers of material (2-3 layers) as well as slice through high fabric stacks. All machines are equipped with modern sharpeners, whose unique design allows them to be used during the operation of the device. For user convenience and safety, the cutters can also be equipped with a boom arm, which prevents the power cord from being cut!
HF-100/HF-125 rotary cutters are significantly lighter than similar machines with the same cutting thickness. Additionally, the small diameter of the blade guarantees the lowest margin of error when cutting curves compared to other known cutters. HF-100/HF-125 rotary cutters boast the highest blade utilization rate in their class, reaching up to 90% in some models. This means that the blade diameter is effectively matched with the cutting height.
The HF-100/HF-125 rotary cutters feature solutions not found in similar machines, even from well-known global brands. One such solution is the inclusion of a voltage drop switch. This modification prevents the machine from automatically turning on after a power outage. This solution has been patented by us. Devices without such switches do not meet European Union safety standards.
The modern and unique solutions applied in the P SERIES cutters allow for smooth adjustment of the cutting blade rotation speed, ranging from 500 RPM to 1000 RPM. This makes it possible to work with virtually any type of material on a single machine – from silk to twill. The blade speed is adjusted via a potentiometer, a modern electronic modification. This is a unique solution for those working with various types of materials, ensuring both time and cost savings.
