Continuous-motion conveyor bonding machine, belt width 450 mm, maximum heater power consumption of 4 kW, with adjustable temperature up to 195 °C maintained by an electronic thermostat with programming function (displaying both set and actual temperature). Adjustable bonding time and pressure with a maximum of 1.5 kg/cm². The machine features an automatic belt positioning system, safeguards against belt slippage from guide rollers, and collecting rollers. It includes an “open side,” allowing bonding of elements wider than 450 mm.
Compared to the previous CS model, the mounting of the upper belt position sensors has been changed to ensure stable guidance. The new casing shape allows for more efficient cooling of the machine’s electronic components, extending their lifespan.
