Description

Elastic tensioner – feeder designed for ZIG-ZAG machines, electronically controlled with programmable tension settings. The feeder allows programming of 27 stitching patterns, with 5 patterns containing 18 sections (different elastic tensions) and the remaining 22 patterns containing 9 sections. The MCA series features automatic elastic trimming at the start and end of sewing and automatic feeding of the elastic under the presser foot at the beginning of each new cycle. Elastic trimming can be performed manually or automatically after completing the programmed stitching pattern. The start of each sewing section with the appropriate tension can be selected using the knee lifter or can occur automatically after counting the set number of stitches in that section. The maximum width of the elastic tape is 19 mm.
