EISENKOLB MPS-2600

A fully automatic, computer-controlled machine for sewing single and double pleats in curtains. The machine is equipped with an automatic Microflex hook feeder, compatible with hooks of 55, 75, and 95 mm in length.

Using the MPS-2600, pleats can be sewn easily and fully automatically at a consistent, high speed. The machine allows for calculating the number of pleats for a curtain of a specific width, programming the sewing process, feeding hooks, and sewing the pleat. The intuitive operation is supported by advanced features, including a laser marker, pleat depth template, high-capacity hook tray, automatic hook height adjustment, thread trimmer, needle cooling, and a multilingual touchscreen control panel.

The MPS-2600 can automatically sew single and double pleats using two stitch patterns: L-shaped or a straight stitch with spot reinforcement. Its high level of automation makes it an ideal tool for producing high-quality pleats efficiently, even for less experienced operators.
