Tunnel Sewing Automatic Machine for Roman Shades
ATS-2400 is a fully automatic, computer-controlled machine designed for high-speed sewing and marking of all types of Roman shades, ensuring consistently high quality. This automation replaces manual calculations, marking, and tunnel sewing in a single operation. The ATS-2400 sews tunnels in a fully automated way, maintaining impeccable quality and high speed on any fabric without operator intervention. Advanced software with ready-made patterns for various Roman shades enables the operator to efficiently and quickly create custom-made shades.
The operator’s role is limited to selecting the type of Roman shade, specifying its height and width, and, if necessary, the pocket depth. The machine interface supports remote servicing over the internet when connected to a network, minimizing maintenance and service time. UV marking is available as an option, allowing invisible marking of edge positions, ring, and rod placements.
With its wide sewing width and adjustable height, the ATS-2400 is a powerful tool for efficient and economical Roman shade production.
