Description

A post-bed machine for sewing sleeves (manually, semi-programmably, or fully programmable) with patented arc sewing support. Fabric feed and insertion are controlled by belts. Programmable foot lift assists in sewing cross stitches (especially important when sewing shoulder seams). An integrated stepper motor drives the machine, along with electromagnetic thread trimming, electronic presser foot lift, and bartacking (stepper motors). The machine is equipped with a guide and energy-saving LED lighting. The top and bottom feed, presser foot lift, and presser foot pressure are controlled by stepper motors.

A patented grading method, “self-learning grading logic,” allows for easy programming of all size groups.
