Description

Single-needle lockstitch machine with lower feed dog and needle transport, equipped with a material trimming knife. Available spacings between the trimming knife and the needle: 3.2 mm (standard), 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm, 6.4 mm, 9.5 mm. Sewing speed up to 5000 stitches per minute, stitch length up to 5 mm forward and 3 mm in reverse. Presser foot lift height is 10 mm, with a maximum trimming thickness of 4 mm.

The machine is equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor providing automatic functions such as thread trimming, needle positioning, presser foot lifting, programming initial and final bar tacks, thread trimmer wiper, reverse stitch micro-switch, and additional functions through the CP-180 control panel. The machine comes complete with a table and motor.
