Description

Electronically controlled, equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Drive Direct system), the latest-generation single-needle lockstitch machine. Features needle and feed dog transport with a sewing speed of up to 5000 stitches per minute for a stitch length of up to 3.5 mm, and up to 4000 stitches per minute for a stitch length of up to 4.5 mm, depending on the subclass: S – for lightweight and medium materials (standard), H – for heavy materials (max. 4000 stitches per minute).

The machine includes automatic functions such as thread trimming, needle positioning, presser foot lifting, programming the size of initial and final bar tacks, thread trimmer wiper (W), and reverse stitch micro-switch (B). Additional functions are accessible through the CP-180 control panel. The machine lacks a traditional oil pan. In subclass S, a small amount of oil is contained in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook and needle bar.
