HIGH-PERFORMANCE SEWING STATION FOR HEMMING NETS
A high-efficiency sewing station designed for hemming nets, connecting or attaching reinforcing ropes. The machine is adapted for sewing medium and heavy nets, both braided and tied. It can sew rope with a thickness of up to 25 mm. The very stable and robust construction ensures high durability and allows for efficient and reliable operation.
The pneumatic presser foot ensures consistent and even pressure on the sewn materials. The pneumatic metal puller provides precise material transport. The machine components are made from the highest quality AISI 315 steel alloy, further hardened at all critical points.

To enhance working comfort, the machine’s head is recessed into the table, making the surface of the table level with the machine’s needle plate. This is particularly important when sewing large nets.
The machine features an integrated quiet air compressor, so there is no need to connect the machine to an external pneumatic system.
An optional feature includes a tension-free thread unwinding and feeding system.
