Description

Double-Needle Lockstitch Machine without disengaging needles, with feed dog and needle feed, sewing speed up to 3000 stitches per minute. Equipped with large hooks. Standard needle spacing is 6.4 mm, stitch length 5 mm, and foot lift 7/13 mm. Designed for medium-weight materials (-403) or heavy materials (-405).

It features an energy-saving motor mounted directly in the machine head (DirectDrive) providing automatic functions such as: thread trimming, needle positioning, foot lift (PFL), initial and final backtacking programming, thread wiper, and reverse stitch micro switch. Additionally, the control panel mounted on the machine head provides access to setting machine parameters, including: programming the size of initial and final backtacks before thread trimming, programming independent stitch counts for the initial and final backtack, selecting single or double backtack, programming seam length, and counting stitches between initial and final backtacks.

Standardly available with a modern lubrication system (does not have a traditional oil pan). A small amount of oil is circulated in a closed system, delivered to the hook and needle bar mechanisms. The oil that exits from the hook area falls into an oil pan and, after passing through a filter, is returned to the closed system. This solution minimizes the risk of oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar) that could stain the fabric, while maintaining high sewing speed similar to versions with standard lubrication. An optional version is available without lubrication for the needle bar mechanism.
