BROTHER S7220D-403(405)/PFL

Double-needle lockstitch machine with double needle and feed dog transport, equipped with a servo motor built directly into the machine head (Direct Drive system). Subclass -403 is designed for light and medium-weight materials, while subclass -405 is for heavy materials.

The machine features automatic functions: thread trimming, needle positioning, foot lift, the ability to program the size of the initial and final backtack, a thread wiper, and a reverse stitch micro switch. The machine does not have an oil pan; the lubrication system is closed, with a small amount of oil delivered only to the hook and needle bar.
