A fully automatic, 2-thread buttonhole sewing machine equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms. Depending on the subclass, it is possible to sew buttonholes with or without an eyelet, with cutting before or after stitching, with a converging bar tack or without, or with a cross bar tack.
All parameters, such as the type and size of the buttonhole, cutting method, sewing speed, are programmed through a modern, easy-to-read control panel. For each buttonhole type, it is possible to individually program the shape, width, size of the eyelet stitching, cutting method, and more.
The machine features a cycle programming function for sewing several different types of buttonholes in sequence, allowing buttonholes to be sewn without the need to reset the machine. The quick change of buttonhole type without complex mechanical adjustments makes the machine ideal for short-run production with high design variability.
The head design allows for longitudinal buttonhole stitching on long parts.
Adjustable sewing speed ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 stitches/min.
