Electronically controlled, universal, multifunctional 2-thread WORLD’S FASTEST bar tacker, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine’s head (Direct Drive system).

The use of a higher-power servo motor (550W) provides increased needle penetration force for thicker materials, even at low sewing speeds. At the same time, compared to the previous version of the machine, energy consumption has been reduced. The servo motor and the new transport mechanism ensure greater accuracy in stitching patterns, smoother operation, and reduced noise and vibration.

The maximum sewing speed is up to 3,300 stitches/min, with a standard working area of 40 x 30 mm, which can be extended to 50 x 40 mm, allowing for a wider range of applications beyond just bar tacking. Depending on the machine subclass and the equipment used, the machine can perform a wide variety of bar tack patterns, and even programmed designs like label attachment, surface reinforcement, decorative stitching, etc. The machine has 89 pre-programmed stitch patterns.

The KE-430HX model is equipped with an electronic thread tensioner, allowing thread tension to be adjusted according to the material being sewn, ensuring consistent stitching and increased productivity. The machine uses semi-dry lubrication (oil is supplied only to the hook) with a closed oil circuit, minimizing the risk of material contamination.

In the heavy-duty subclass – KE-430HX-05 – needle cooling is also implemented.
