BROTHER KE-430HS-EP

An electronically controlled machine designed for making and stitching round buttonholes in caps with visors, workwear, sportswear, and similar items. It is equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system).

The use of a servo motor with increased power (550W) for the machine’s drive ensures enhanced penetration force through the fabrics, even at lower sewing speeds. At the same time, compared to the previous version of the machine, energy consumption has been reduced. The servo motor and the new feed mechanism provide greater precision in stitching patterns, smoother operation, and reduced noise and vibration.

The machine is equipped with a specially designed hole punch synchronized with the machine’s operation.

Standard hole punch diameter: 3.0 mm.
