LINGERIE BUTTONHOLE MACHINE
Description
Description
Electronically Controlled Buttonhole Machine combining high productivity with perfect stitch quality. This is a 2-thread machine using a lockstitch, with a sewing speed of up to 4000 stitches per minute. Stepper motors independently control the various mechanisms of the machine.
In its standard configuration, the machine comes pre-programmed with 21 stitching patterns, including lingerie buttonholes, eyelet buttonholes, and others, as well as bar tack patterns. The type of buttonhole stitching, along with many other parameters—pattern number, stitch shapes, etc.—are entered through the operational panel.
It is possible to create a buttonhole in a double stitching cycle with a preliminary reinforcing stitch (lockstitch), resulting in beautiful buttonholes, especially on elastic materials like knits and sweaters, where the buttonhole is additionally protected against stretching. This solution ensures that the reinforcing thread is perfectly integrated and never protrudes beyond the buttonhole stitching. The reinforcing stitch can be made in up to 9 rounds. For double stitching, the bar tack section is omitted, and the parallel stitch is performed twice to prevent excessive compression of the bar tack section. Two different stitch widths can be used for the first and second rounds of stitching. Power supply: 230V 50Hz.
