Description

Innovative automatic sewing machine for stitching pre-programmed patterns within an available sewing area.

The redesigned construction of the machine has minimized its size, saving space for installation. The machine features a movable head that operates on the X-axis, while the material moves on the Y-axis with the help of a presser frame. This design increases the accuracy and quality of sewing regardless of the pattern being stitched, as the head is always aligned in the sewing direction.

This machine is ideal for repetitive stitching of patterns, such as reinforcement stitching, decorative stitches, attaching handles, or buckles. It excels in multi-layer sewing of heavy materials, such as transport straps and container bags. It is also perfect for sewing tapes, Velcro, labels, and decorative stitching.

The use of a high-power servo motor (550W) provides greater needle penetration force through thick materials, even at low sewing speeds. The new transportation mechanism enhances the quality of stitched patterns, ensures smoother operation, and reduces the time needed to start and finish the sewing process.
