Innovative automatic sewing machine for stitching pre-programmed patterns within an available sewing area. The redesigned machine structure minimizes overall dimensions, saving installation space.
The machine features a movable head on the X-axis and material movement on the Y-axis using a clamping frame. This design enhances sewing accuracy and quality, regardless of the pattern, as the head is always aligned with the sewing direction.
Ideal for repetitive pattern sewing, such as reinforcements, decorative stitching, and attaching handles or buckles. It performs excellently in multi-layer stitching of heavy materials like transport straps and container bags and is ideal for attaching tapes, Velcro, labels, and decorative seams.

The servo motor (550W) provides higher penetration power for thick materials, even at lower speeds. The advanced transport mechanism improves stitching quality, provides smooth operation, high accuracy, and reduces cycle start and end times.
