Description

The latest version of an electronically controlled automated machine for sewing pre-programmed patterns within a sewing area of 300 x 200 mm, equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors.

The use of a servo motor with increased power (550W) ensures greater needle penetration strength for stitching materials, even at lower sewing speeds. At the same time, energy consumption has been reduced by 50% compared to the previous version of the machine. The servo motor and new transport mechanism improve the quality of stitched patterns, provide smoother machine operation, high precision, and shorten the start and end times of the sewing process.

Designed for repetitive pattern sewing, such as label stitching, reinforcements, decorative stitches, sewing handles, or buckles. It is highly effective for multi-layer sewing of heavy materials, such as transport straps or container bags.

2-thread lockstitch. Maximum sewing speed (with adjustable speed control): 2700 stitches/min. Stitch length: 0.05 – 12.7 mm. Oscillating hook with double capacity. Memory capacity: 512 patterns, 500,000 stitches, up to 20,000 stitches per pattern. Capability to save patterns to a USB flash drive.
