Description

The latest version of an electronically controlled automatic machine for sewing programmed patterns within a sewing area of 220 x 100 mm, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors. The machine is fitted with a triple hook, reducing the frequency of bobbin changes, and a presser foot that prevents skipped stitches, thread breakage, and needle breakage.

The use of a 550W servo motor for the machine’s drive increases the needle penetration force even at low sewing speeds. At the same time, energy consumption has been reduced by 50% compared to the previous version of the machine.
The servo motor and the new feed mechanism improve the quality of stitched patterns, ensure smoother operation, increase precision, and reduce the time required to start and finish the sewing process.

It is designed for repetitive stitching of patterns such as label sewing, reinforcement stitching, decorative stitching, and attaching handles or buckles. It is excellent for multi-layer sewing of heavy materials such as transport straps or container bags.

2-thread lockstitch. Maximum sewing speed (with adjustable speed control): 2,700 stitches/min. Stitch length: 0.05 – 12.7 mm. Double-capacity oscillating hook. Memory capacity: 512 patterns, 500,000 stitches, with a maximum of 20,000 stitches per pattern. Ability to save patterns on a USB flash drive.
