Fully automatic hemming station for T-shirts. The use of automatic hem width control significantly speeds up the sewing process and ensures the highest quality and repeatability of stitches. This machine does not require special sewing skills; the operator’s role is limited to placing the T-shirt onto the machine’s guiding rollers and starting the sewing process.

The machine features a modern, energy-saving servo drive, ensuring quiet operation and low energy consumption. Operation is managed via an easy-to-use and clear touchscreen LCD control panel. The system includes automatic stacking and unloading of finished T-shirts.

Equipped with a JUKI MF7923 twin-needle coverstitch head with automation, the machine also has the SM-BDN subclass available, featuring a system for automatic tension roller adjustment using stepper motors.
