Description
A sewing machine designed for stitching (closing) sleeves in T-Shirts and POLO shirts. The device is equipped with a 4-thread overlock JUKI MO6714DA sewing head, which features an automatic chain cutting and sewing system at the start of sewing. Thanks to the chain sewing function, there is no need to secure the overlock stitch with a bar tack at the end of the seam. The belt puller ensures perfect guidance of the folded sleeves in the sewing area and guarantees stable operation. The machine is equipped with a stacker that receives and deposits the sewn elements.
Sewing process control via a photocell. The touch control panel allows for programming the basic working parameters. An energy-saving servo motor is mounted on the sewing head (DirectDrive system). The device is also equipped with a system for suctioning the cut-off fabric scraps and automatic foot lifting.
