Programmable machine with a long cylindrical arm, designed for sewing labels, patches, etc., onto closed cylindrical garment parts such as sleeves and pant legs, as well as many other items. The machine is equipped with an integrated clamp to hold the sewn elements in place initially. Programming is done via a clear and easy-to-use touchscreen control panel. X-Y control is achieved through stepper motors, ensuring the highest precision and repeatability of stitches. The durable and robust construction is based on the JUKI AMS210 machine head. For optimal stitch quality on various fabric thicknesses, the machine features electronic programmable needle thread tension.
